1. General Policy

Due to hygiene reasons, hair products are subject to strict return conditions.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Product is unused
  • Product is in original packaging
  • Return request is made within 3–5 days of delivery

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or worn hair products
  • Custom orders
  • Bulk/B2B orders (unless defective)

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Provide photos/videos as proof

We will:

  • Replace the product OR
  • Issue a refund (case-by-case basis)

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

6. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12–24 hours of placing
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
