As a global market-leader in hair extensions since 2008, Indian Haris strives for customer satisfaction. We are proud to offer a no-hassle 14 day returns and 30 day exchanges on all our hair extensions from the date of delivery. We wash and condition all hair before it gets shipped to you as part of our triple-point inspection. Unlike other companies, you may wash, condition, and heat style the hair while in the security ties to ensure full satisfaction before using the product. After the security ties are removed, any possibility for return is voided.

Returns or Exchanges must meet the following conditions:

• Must be in the security ties
• Must not be used or altered
• Must not be wet or damp
• Must not be chemically altered
• Must have proof of purchase
• Must be in original packaging with tags

Easy Refunds

We are pleased to offer 14 days for refund requests. All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds are applied to your original payment method minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.

Returns or Exchanges must follow these directions:

2. Complete the return form, wait for approval, and ship the package.
3. We’ll issue a refund within 7 to 10 business days of receiving the return.

Savvy Shopper Tip: Most hair companies that offer “sample tester swatches” have very strict policies that allow you to open the tester, but forbid you from returning or exchanging the actual product you purchased if removed from the packaging. Don’t regret falling victim to these clever marketing tactics!
