At Indian Hairs, we maintain strict quality control and hygiene standards. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Strict No Refund Policy
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, change of mind, or delays in shipping.
2. One-Time Replacement Policy (Limited Remedy)
As a goodwill measure, we offer a one-time replacement only, subject to strict conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
- The product is unused, unaltered, and in original packaging
⚠️ Replacement is the sole and exclusive remedy. Only one replacement per order is allowed. No refunds or further claims will be entertained.
3. Mandatory Proof Requirement
To qualify for replacement:
- Order ID must be provided
- Clear photos/videos of the issue are required
- A full unboxing video may be mandatory for claim validation
Failure to provide sufficient proof will result in claim rejection.
4. Shipping, Duties & Charges
- All shipping costs (including return shipping) are the responsibility of the customer, unless explicitly agreed otherwise
- Custom duties, import taxes, and local charges must be borne by the customer
- We are not liable for customs delays, clearance issues, or additional charges
5. Non-Eligible Claims
We do not accept claims for:
- Used, installed, washed, or altered products
- Improper handling after delivery
- Natural variations in color, texture, or quality (as hair is a natural product)
- Personal dissatisfaction or subjective expectations
6. Return & Inspection Policy
- Approved returns must follow our instructions strictly
- Products are subject to inspection upon return
- If the returned product does not meet eligibility criteria, the claim will be rejected
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders may only be canceled before processing
- Once processed or shipped, cancellation is not permitted
8. No Chargeback & Payment Dispute Agreement
By completing a purchase, you agree:
- Not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us
- That filing a false or unjustified chargeback is a violation of this agreement
- We reserve the right to contest disputes with evidence, including this policy, order confirmation, and delivery proof
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the purchased product
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
10. Governing Law
All transactions shall be governed by the laws of India.
